  • Every paw parent! Our goal as The Travelers Pup is to provide affordable pet care to the Greenville, SC community. Our services are meant for all needs, but are designed in mind for clients at work, or busy working from home, out of town, recovering from surgery, anyone adjusting to a major life change in routine. We are here to help ease the responsibilities that comes with being a pet parent.

  • We accept all breeds and ages! We ask that your pet is vaccinated and has an overall safe temperament with humans. Any health conditions should be noted during intake to ensure appropriate care!

  • ALL SERVICES ARE CUSTOMIZABLE TO YOUR NEEDS! All visits include potty time, refilling of water bowls, food, love and lots of snuggles. We NEVER charge extra to administer medication, feedings, watering etc. *If your pet needs medication please make that clear in the notes when booking, along with any special requests.

  • AT THE TRAVELERS PUP OUR TOP PRIORITY IS PET SAFETY!

    The Travelers Pup, LLC is licensed, and Insured. Each Team Member has undergone Pet Care First Aid Certification and Professional Pet Care Training to ensure your pets will be safe. Each Travelers Pup Team member is required to pass a Background check prior to completing any services!

    We can assure you that your pet will be treated as one of ours.

    We are locally owned and operated, and take pride in serving the highest standard of pet care to our community.

  • We want you to feel comfortable and secure. Many clients have smart locks or keyless entry/codes. We safely secure all digital key codes. Although some clients prefer to give us a hard copy key it is not required! Repeat clients often have personal lockboxes, or opt for the use of a company lockbox.

  • Yes! OUR CLIENTS LOVE THE PERKS OF OUR COMPANY APP!

    Once your account has been created for you-you’ll be able to book directly via our app-we use this to keep everything simple. This allows easy communication, and you will be able to keep track of all of your pet adventures!

MEET & GREET
Once your New Client account had been created you will be able to schedule a Meet & Greet! Meet & Greets allow us to get to know you and your pet, and all of your pet care needs!

During the Meet & Greet we will go over all of your pets details, pet medical information, home access instructions, and we will be able to answer any questions you may have!

READY FOR SERVICES!
Once your Meet & Greet has been completed you’ll be able to request bookings anytime, it’s that simple! We will keep your pets information on file so that you are able to book pet care services easily, whenever you may need!

BOOKING SERVICES
You can request services directly through your client portal! All requests will be reviewed within 24 hours, you’ll receive confirmation once your service has been scheduled. You can request SAME DAY SERVICES, and services months in advance to guarantee your visit-and thats just one perk of being a Travelers Pup Client!!

COMPLETING SERVICES
You can guarantee that your service will be completed within your requested timeframe! You will receive in app report cards after each service is completed! Our clients love being able to see the start and end time of visit, pet location, ensure checklist of pet care is completed, receive visit notes from your pet sitter & PICTURES OF YOUR PETS ADVENTURES!
